Refunds are not applicable if:
- Incorrect or incomplete property details were submitted
- Records were successfully retrieved based on the information submitted
- The request has already been processed
ZilaIndia is not responsible for incorrect results due to inaccurate details provided by the user.
Processing of Refunds
- Refunds for unavailable records are processed automatically
- Refund requests (if applicable) are processed within 24 hours
- The amount is credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on the payment provider
Payment Gateway Delays
If a payment is deducted but no order is confirmed due to a technical issue, a full refund will be issued automatically once verified.
